Our story
It started when my son was two and asked for waffles. More than a decade later, they’re still the tradition our mornings are built around. Weekend is the same mix friends and family kept asking to take home.

The mix
Waffles that crisp at the edges and stay tender in the middle — or pancakes from the very same bag. Five pantry staples, balanced the same way we’ve made them for more than a decade.

How to make it
Waffles or pancakes from the same bag — the only difference is a spoonful of oil.
Stir the mix, milk, and vanilla together. Add oil for waffles; skip it for pancakes.
Let the batter rest for 5–10 minutes.
Cook in a preheated waffle iron (about 3–5 minutes) or lightly greased pan until golden and cooked through.

Where it started

Over the years, it also turned into friends and family asking for “Uncle Blake’s” waffles, and mix, to take home.

Can I make pancakes with this?
Yes — same mix, same bowl. Follow the directions on the bag and simply skip the oil. Soft in the middle, straight off the pan.
What’s in it?
Five familiar pantry ingredients: all-purpose flour, whole wheat flour, baking powder, raw turbinado sugar, and salt. Contains: wheat.
How many waffles does a bag make?
Yield varies based on your waffle iron, pan, and preferred portion size — so we don’t promise a fixed count. Each bag holds 16 oz (454 g) of mix.
When will my order ship?
Orders are packed in small batches — please allow for up to 3–5 business days for shipping. Orders ship via USPS Ground Advantage, and shipping is calculated at checkout.
Do you ship outside Virginia?
Not yet. We hand-pack every bag in our home kitchen under Virginia’s cottage food law, which lets us sell and ship direct to customers within the Commonwealth.
